The Cathedral Bookstall

Situated within the Cathedral building (in the South Transept, near the Chapter House), the Bookstall offers a range of religious and secular books appealing to a large local congregation and the many visitors who come throughout the year.

The Bookstall carries a good range of Bibles, prayer books, books on contemporary Christianity, publications relevant to the Christian year and lots of books to inspire children and young people.

The Fraternity of the Friends of St Albans Abbey publishes many books, pamphlets and papers concerning the detailed history of the cathedral building and its past, which are also available on the Bookstall.

Stationery, gift wrap and greetings cards are also available, with a particular focus on cards relevant to Christian celebrations and cards containg Biblical texts.
